              Nationwide Loans LLC is overcharging me by $50 for auto payments. I spoke with Joy in the insurance department and I was assured an audit of my file would be completed and the error would be correct. My original auto payment in the signed contract was $299.76. I have been paying $341.76 since 2023. Nationwide stated I did not have full coverage. I have full coverage ************** and they have the information. The original price was $8,200.00 and purchased 9/7/2021. Per Nationwide Loans LLC I have a remaining balance of $3,506.80. I would like assistance to get a resolution with this issue. I should not have to pay over the contract price, I am meeting all of the contract obligations. Please help, I am being bullied.

              Ive had my auto loan with Nationwide since August. The first 2 payments i did over the phone but the past 2 have been done by mail. There saying there getting them late because of the postal service. I could see 5 days but 10 days or more from when i drop it off every time i ridiculous. Then even if the postage stamped date is well within my limit to make my payment there still piling on late fees because its not there fault. Well its not my fault either. I know if i send a utility bill in by check its cashed and out of my account in 4 to 5 days. Then from the due date on while my checks in the mail they call me and my fiances phone non stop. Ive never not made my payment. There ppl are horrible and rude and demand access to my bank account. Sorry. Im in the process of getting an equity loan just to pay the car off and get away from them. Horrible horrible company. In the future if somebody ever mentions them as the lender i will walk away from the deal.

While we agree with the consumer that 10 days to deliver mail from his state to our *********** Box should take an average of less than 5-days, we cannot speak on behalf of the US ************** as to why the consumers payment is not reaching us sooner. There are other payment options available, such as a free voluntary monthly automatic deduction. We would be happy to discuss this further with the consumer. Our Senior Collections Manager, *****, is available at ************ if the consumer desires to reach out.
